Put a penny
In the wishing well
Close your eyes
Promise not to tell
The love you know
You shouldn't feel.

Put a penny
In the wishing well
Dream of passions
You needn't quell
Pretend for a moment
Your wish is real.

Put a penny
In the wishing well
Open up hope
Promise not to sell
This deep secret
Behind the seal.

Put a penny
In the wishing well
Then walk away
Promise not to tell
It may come true
This love you shouldn't feel.

"a love you should not feel" *sigh* my heart breaks for you. Love seems to not realise when it shouldn't be felt. It just happens. This poem moved me to tears. **big hugs**

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.
