Stranger Among Us

From an unaccustomed universe,
the remoteness of certain space,
an unknown quality dwells with us
that is feared to end our race.

Mysterious influences,
extraordinary strengths,
hidden feelings that controls
what the mind thinks.

Impressing emotions,
excited states,
respective realities
that the stranger creates.

At a second look, an inward glance,
its hard to see through all the fuss
that the unknown we fear has been within,
the stranger among us.
