Equinox and Paradox

When a poet takes a ladies hand
In clasp above the timeless sand
They bond beyond eternals rim
Be it real or dreamer’s whim.

Their entity turns vivify
That flies an endless ageless sigh
Shed their stilted corporal seeing
Become as one, in their being

They occupy a world of sun
Become in fact a sum of one
The globe is now of colored hue
Of greens and pinks and gold and blue.

They’re chameleons ever changing
Lovers ever rearranging
From butterflies of festal awe
To stars that shine the evermore

They float upon the equinox
And live above the paradox.

In gifted verse and treasured rhyme
he engraves this time with words sublime.

When a lady sees the world thru a poets eyes ...
his vision grants her the reprise of his wise realize.
Upon whispered whim of wisdom's pen ...
what was before ... will become again.

When a lady reads between her poets lines ...
'tis there his rhymes define, his heart light shines.
Like an artist he paints from inkwells of gold,

When a lady takes a poets hand ... he'll build her castles in the sand
Her every wish ... his command ... and he will forever be her moments grand.
