of indecision avoiding life-- its imprecision... Hallucinations re-named "vision" (or is it just the other way?) Too far removed from me to say. No flight. Just demonstration. No light. No sight. No salvation. this revolution... No life. No death. No absolution... Longing born within my soul turned bitter as a wine too old... renewal, sweet, If I can type myself--complete? Can shadows die beneath my feet? My only foe, myself to meet... when shadows grow, to keep my own darkness at toe. "I'm weary of my own malaise..." (big hugggssssss) Oh Karen, I used to feel this way all the time myself, when I loathed myself every day and I thought I was my worst enemy, and I just wanted to get myself away from my body. (sigh) I believe that for all of us, the biggest challenge early in life is to learn to love ourselves, to become allies with these shadows, and in loving ourselves we find joy and love and share love to all the world, to find salvation through our own tone and own words. (sigh) Very powerfully expressed, sweet friend, your loving heart always shine sin your words! We all love you so much, sweet friend! (kiss on cheek) You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Karen, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton |

Excellent. I am reminded about that expression about keeping your friends close and enemies closer ... sometimes our greatest enemy lives inside. How much closer can we get than that? Thanks for the read. ~What is cherished most is what must be the hardest fought for.~ |

An amazingly enviable piece, at first sight a simple creation that belays the intricacies of the work that lies beneath. In other words – I like this LOTS |

Very good..... I'd say that you are in one of your poetry writing highs lately, aren't you? Everything I've seen from you is just perfectly crafted, assembled... nearly without a flaw. I liked "bitter as a wine too old." That was just perfect. "I'm weary of my own malaise." Again, just fantastic... The flow was incredible in this piece! You did it again... short lines with metrical organization. I'm loving your latest work, Serenity. ~Allan "I know it's nice to be known - It caresses your ego - but the society cost is terrible." |

Karen, in truth we really are our own worst enenmy, but knowing that gives us the ability to change what it is that we don't like. Well done, my friend, and glad to bring you a laugh earlier with my silly dog fart poem today. Hugs! Michael Michael Auguste~ |

Serenity, My favorite verse . . . "Watch me shift when shadows grow, to keep my own darkness at toe". How positive! Love it! Jo Mason 12/09/01 |
