So many broken things Hearts for starters Fractured Laid out on sleeves Bodies Time worn Used up Spirit waiting to leave Egos Shattered Kicked aside Lost pride Families Unglued Split Drifting away Promises Thoughtful words No meaning intended Trashed by the giver Wishes Most lying Unfulfilled In wells of tears Dreams Many gone Destroyed by morning As reality enters eyes |

Shoot I do so dislike reality. Yes, many broken things mostly for me it is broken dreams that I have no way of fixing. I am a little bit afraid to believe in my dreams anymore...it is safer just to accept things are they are because dreams don't come true. Very well written, Sir Robert. Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams. |

This one definitely qualifies as buried treasure Robert, I certainly hope that folks take a second chance to read it. Reality can indeed be sad, but it IS reality and we should see it. No one ever listened themselves into trouble. |
