Once in a lifetime
you find that certain someone
and if you're lucky enough
they stay.

If it doesn't work out
and that certain someone walks out,
there are other fish in the sea
they say.

There's no way for me to know
if at some point you'll choose to go.
So I'll just hold you as long as
you'll stay.

I'd be forever grateful
for that moment in time you stayed for.
I would try not to cry when you
walked away.

If tomorrow I awoke
to a good-bye letter that you wrote,
I know I would live to love
another day.

So, if my love, you're not the one
and you leave with the rising of the sun,
just leave me with the memories
I pray.

I'll spend my night times wondering
if I should keep looking for the one for me
or if I had him and he chose to
walk away.

Sven -- I don't guess I've found it yet, because I've never 'known'. I've guessed, hoped, wished and settled for, but I've never known.

Well now I've been thinking that if its the right one for me I will be the right one for them and so on...so there is no way they will walk away...anything less would not be a match...and I suppose its good to find out sooner then later...James
