If in gentle step
to three four time
you graced my floor
would not the orchestra
miss one call for beat
as they watched?

Even as all eyes
might be upon me
I would deeply feel
a certain skip of heart
Immediate, in the rush
of private searching

As music would no longer
Come from strings or wind
Plucked or blown by mortal men
But from souls entwined
With yours…….. Divine

At last, to brush one note
from lips to cheek
captured in momentary hush
of rhythm’s primal charm
I shall dance into you
with secret applause

Thank you muse! ~warm hugs~

Dear Regina, what beautiful sentiment and feeling of adore you have etched here, riding on the wings of silence, where a smile, a touch, the muse of love comes calling to tempt the heart.

I enjoyed the read Regina, well done yet again.

I cannot add to what has been said before me, so I will just echo their thoughts. This touched me, it is so beautiful.

You have this ability to take a concept and mold it into something otherwise unseen. Something beautiful and intriguing.
