Sometimes I love to wander all alone
With time on my hands and freedom to roam.
Listening to the rustling of the leaves
That scatter around in the gentle breeze.

Relaxing under a tree in the shade.
Watching the formations the clouds have made.
These peaceful feelings linger on,
As life's memories drift along.

Moments of another time
Come along and touch my mind.
These memories I have will always be.
But, I'll keep them locked up inside of me.

Sometimes, that's the best place for them.  But they are always a part of us and in time, remembering may just bring a small smile to your lips.

Eloise, this is a good one...
Well, being alone is definitely not the same as feeling lonely.   Sometimes we need to be alone to think of life, love, and reconcile our thoughts and feelings. We can't always be with crowds of people, can we?
