Midnitesun and Larry C.
Have challenged 'Loper man and me.
I don't know about my friend,
I'll tag em quick, just let me in.

I'll make em run, and beg me stop.
I'll just smile and yell out ... NOT.
They'll soon respect my rapier wit.
And once I start, its hard to quit.

Good natured jabs will soon be felt,
but I never go below the belt. (well except on Balladeer.. woo hoo)
Back to the subject, I digress,
Larry likes abuse, I guess.

But Midnitesun, you have a chance.
to sidestep this sticky circumstance.
Admit defeat, and bow out now.
'Cause your poem won't be about a cow.

But if your sure, that you want in,
join force with me, we'll get the men.
We'll make them scream, we'll make them shout.
We'll teach them what we're all about.

A small windowed opportunity,
is all your gonna get from me.
Make your choice, times a tickin',
let me know who's side your pickin.

With perseverance even the snail reached the Ark.

I certainly think Midnightsun is up to this challenge....but I'm just dying to see who's side she's gonna go on!!!

If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please?

Okay, Lucie, you've already chosen your side.

Too bad you picked the wrong one

Fool, said my Muse to me, look in thy heart and write.

They left Tracey to defend their ranks...good choice (chuckle).  Hope she remembers to bring a stool.

(Yes, I know I will pay dearly for this but I'm at home, she's at work and by the time she see's this...I'll be hiding behind a really tall Texan.)

Well, now you just have to scroll around the blue pages a bit and read about Lucie's fishing pole. (posted this morning)

Have fun, don't get too confused or dizzy. But hang on tight, this reel is spinning pretty fast!

Kacy,
I’ll hold the fort while you go fish
Are  you up to something fiendish?
I heard you belt a wicked laugh
I’ll watch out here on your behalf
Will it be boys against the girls?
I’m waiting as the fun unfurls

And Duncan, know you cannot hide
I brought no stool, it’s much too high
I could not climb to sit upon it
From down here I’ll espouse my wit
Behind interloper you cannot hide
I’ll get you boy, tan your backside

(oops, forgot, you’d probably enjoy that!!! Specially if I dress up as Judge Judy!!! roflmao)

If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please?

i must admit,
i am confused,
who challenged whom?
how do you lose?

i missed the words
that started the fight,
not quite sure
how to do this right

well what the hell,
is what i say,
i'll answer this
on saturday.

heh.
-Dave, who will hopefully be better rested on Saturday

Ummm ok. I'm confused too.  But whatever is going on... it seems to be highly amusing And as soon as I figure out what everyone is talking about I'm sure it will be even more fun...lolol.

I'm so scared.  The fact that Tracey now sleeps has nothing to do with the timing of this response.

Ah Duncan, yes I may have slept
Funny….in my dream you wept
For when I chased you in the yard
You tripped and fell and landed hard
You scraped your knees, aloud you cried
With no one there to hide behind
I caught up and you were so scared
I cannot leave this story there
I’ll tell how you cried for your mom
Ah chicken boy, who tried to run
You oughta be afraid my dear
Vengence sweet, is mine, ya hear?

If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please?
