Nighttime Poet… He never sleeps…wandering empty halls through the night having awakened while reaching in a dream, reaching for a heart hovering in a fog just beyond his grasp The silence, screaming words in poetic verse, echoes throughout him. Haunted by the resounding hollow of the beating of his own heart, he purges his soul. With scalpel like pen, he reveals the workings of his passions, delicately dismembering yearnings for romance, falling to the seduction of yet another sleepless night of echoes. achildsheart 11-07-01 this woman's soul drowned in the shallow waters of a man's heart. This is wonderful! One suggestion: you wrote "wondering the halls"--did you mean "wandering the halls"? |
