Without Tears |

She was there for all of the neighborhood, A voice, an ear, and even a taxi, She was the friend that always understood, But told you the right way that it should be. Taking in strangers from off the cold street, Never worried about money she spent, Gave them a blanket or something to eat, And took a bright smile where ever she went. Without tears, without sobs, and without you, Without smiles, without joy, what will we do? Spent a lifetime spreading her happiness, Had almost nothing when at last did die, But kept the smile and eternal goodness; Going to heaven asked no one to cry. But we all did. Gloom |

Thank you, Mon Cheri, Yes, I always thought she was an angel, Always giving of herself, but there are very few left of her type. And the world has be diminished by her passing. Gloom |
