Oh fisherman you've got me on a hook A little bit of persistence is all it took You waited on me so patiently And I awaited you to take me from the sea Nothing like a great fisherman looking proud I'd like to go home with you if I'm allowed A pic of us is taken as you hold me It proves your story when it's told of me You happily exclaim that I'm a great catch And that every fisherman wants a fish like me But there arent many in the deep blue sea Suddenly you begin to tell me what I lack You crave a bigger fish Without warning you toss me back Down to the bottom of my home I go If only I was a shark I'd chew apart your boat... |
