Billy Hearing your name once made me swoon Looking in you eyes gave me a rush You opened your heart with plenty room Clinging to me with your needy touch Billy Don't you see it all happened too soon? Emotions that took over went flying As fast as the emerging of the moon Then I left you in darkness crying Billy I don't know what to say Except that I saw it coming You rushed me to feel the same way Which resulted in me running Billy After your tears came your rage As if it would win me back Dramatizing like an actor on stage but I don't need a man like that Billy I'm worthless, you said it So why do you want me so bad? I'll give you no more credit For mistreating the best you ever had Billy You claim you always get hurt but let me tell you why No one likes to be treated like dirt Therefore no second chance for you and I For your sake I'll say a prayer Hoping you'll say one on your own You think I'm ruthless but I care Let God in and you'll never be alone |
