Last Beautiful Love By: Noah Eaton 11/2/01 So my heart is broken forever So I’m going to be alone all my life I go home, but I can’t find my way I have no friends now, I may as well be buried in my grave So now all the crows are laughing Pecking at my dead heart I’m running out in a never-ending storm, in the lightning The crescent moon is the smile of the Cheshire cat, smiling at my pain I see the skeleton of my dead boyhood, and a crying man ahead of me There is no hope for me, I might as well drown Looks like there’s no first or last beautiful love for me That can reincarnate my dead heart All my dreams are dead, now I have nothing left So I might of well just sacrifice today And as I sit in the cold of this winter I feel my last beautiful love is gone And I’m all alone again I’m falling to my knees I reach up to the sky and scream For someone to save me… I hear no whisper in my prayers I feel no wind caressing my face I feel I’ve been sliced by the guillotine My heart is bleeding and broken The last beautiful love of my life is gone… My only one… I am all lonely again… I might as well lie in my grave |

WOW!!!Can you ever write the feelings of lost love. I am just glad that this is not what you have experienced yet. I can't wait to see the kind of poems you will write when you do finally fall in love. Yes it's true not all loves last forever...and most are meant to only be friendships for love does not show up by demand....and yet there is so much beauty and so much to learn within friendships...James |

By then, I'll be a mere cloud of cosmic dust, wondering what happened to the rest of me, wondering whether or not I ever experienced real love, or just Hollywood fairytales but without the happy endings. Hang in there, sweetie. Love is bound to land in your lap when you aren't even sitting down ready to receive. |

Hang in there, sweet, as long as possible. Coz this that you're feeling won't last forever. But it's going to take time - lotsa time to get over love that's lost, but I hope that you'll find the one who's meant for you real soon. ^.^ |

Oh Noah. It just feels that way now. Before you know it, there'll be another one along to steal your heart again. It's tough when we lose someone we care about. It's happened to me more times than I care to remember. But, you have to pick yourself back up and find other things in life to enjoy. Like poetry. And you write lovely poetry If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please? |
