Every mountain has its valley;
every ocean has its shore;
every morning has its midnight,
only one and not one more.

Each soul out in the universe
is searching for its twin;
some will drift out there forever,
tho' they try they cannot win.

The one that is their other half,
they will know it instantly.
Tho' many search, not all will find,
the one that is their destiny.

Each puzzle piece has only one
that fits it perfectly;
no other can be made to match;
and you're the one for me.

Poetry is an expression of feelings. I do not write poems, but rather, the poems use me to write themselves.

Oh yes, you have said it just right. I am still looking and may never find but I hold faith in my heart that he exists somewhere out there in time. BRAVO!!! I love it.

Janmew,

I too am still searching for the puzzle piece that completes the puzzle. Until then I try to be happy in life with good friends and loving family.
