Bring Me Home By RosePetal Is unhappiness my life story? Looks that way through recurring territory As soon as my heart was healed You came along and broke the seal A force pulls me to you We get lost somewhere in a kiss All you want to do is play I can't do this Your heart is my second home Your arms are like shutters Protecting me from storms Crossing them now across your chest No longer wanting to keep me warm Still I ask of you to bring me home expose me to the comfort that you once shown You can't just appear on my door step Whenever you like Believe it or not Beyond you, I have a life You're playing games And I just don't find them fun Your past playing hard to get If your heart can't be won My heart will beat on Hope you'll grow up soon I can't let you batter my heart and leave it with wounds Either go your seperate way Or bring me home today let me in your walls Or bare them of the memories One after the other watch them fall Don't mess me up in my head, don't try to scold me If you're gonna do it then do it Leave me lonely The time is now or never so make your decision Craddle my heart, bring me home Or slice an incision Lock me out Or bring me home Kick me down in the dirt Or raise me up high A queen on the throne [This message has been edited by RosePetal (edited 10-23-2001).] |

RosePetal, I'm still workin' on how to let you down easy. I'm old honey! About the heart and the head. The answer is yes. But, it usually involves pain by choice. And it hurts for a long time but it heals. Believe me dear, I've lived long enough to know. And have risked it all for love cause I'm that kind of guy. You'll make it! |
