Loving to Love You

What would you say to a meeting tonight,
after the indigo colours the skies?
Wandering free 'neath the quilted stars, bright
emptying darkness in loneliness, sighs.

Play me your memories, when looking in eyes.

What would you say to a kiss from these lips,
after you've held me in arms, tightly wound?
Centering me, in your heart rhythm skips,
where only silence of breathing is found.

Play the memories in eyes, yours, I've drowned.

What would you say to a night shared in all,
after the stargazing trembles in feel?
Forbidden affection 'til nighttimes fall,
loving to love you in dreams of the real.

Playing the memories eyes of blue steal.

Frankly, I'd say yes
Beautiful Maureen and beautiful work.

Fool, said my Muse to me, look in thy heart and write.

Someday, perhaps
a wish to come true.
By any chance Sy,
are your eyes
of steel blue?...hmmm just wondering

thanks

If Sy's are not blue
and this Texan's of steel,
perhaps, maybe someday
wishes become real.

haaa this is fun,
I should try this more often.

Thanks You Guys

Noah Dear, you are about hmmmmmm...30 years too young for me..but if I was in your age bracket, You certainly would be first on my list of men I would enjoy the pleasure of meeting...

love to you, sweet friend

*and yes, I am flirting despite the age difference.

I like to read your thoughts after you have penned their reflection ... most interesting!!
"I was taken by my own thoughts as I read
lost, and found, by the words you said
reminiscing
perhaps wishing
wondering the colour of your eyes ahead"

( mine are blue )  *s*

Wynter,
(Noah, I should have gotten here sooner. 'Cause I got those 30 years covered.)
So liked the poem, ALOT!

ctowen ...

I have

Eyes of the Night

I left in your pain,
eyes of the night telling all.
Myst surrounding me,
a season's warmth
undressing my thoughts,
silence a replacement
for the strength of you.

I rode my thoughts,
placing you beside me,
hand resting on my knee
calming my soul. The starkness
of the night overwhelming,
reigning me in, shades of blue,
as eyes look my way.

I walked away,
looking over my shoulder
closing the door behind,
remembering, knowing, feeling,
believing, in the pull of the moon.
Climbed the stairs, memory by memory,
shadows to follow.

I glimpsed you in my dreams,
holding each moment's touch
before me, eyes caressing eyes,
lips coveting lips, veiled by words
felt through fingertips, pressing my mind,
'til time disappeared and
the eyes of the night closed in.

And the color is Hazel...they change with my
moods...mostly a smoldering blue-gray I am told...
