Only In My Dreams I'll see the sparkle in your eyes even across the room Filled with passion we can't disguise a flame that will consume I'll watch as you move to my side to embrace me in dance A warmth will fill me as we glide wrapped in sweet romance You'll whisper softly in my ear words burning with desire My heart pounds when you draw me near setting my flesh on fire You'll capture my lips staking claim to all of me it seems Now I surrender to our flame but only in my dreams I'll open eyes to morning light released from fantasy To await what comes with the night, return to ecstasy Karen Torbiak 2001© Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams. |
