They say life delivers learning experiences So now I have to learn from a mistake I'm left here suffering Finding out the feeling of heartache I reacted without pausing to think What an error on my part Sealed up the hallway That led you to my heart I sit here in this pitch black room With a carton of ice cream and a spoon Totally blank and depressed Eating out of nervousness I do best I won't look in the mirror To see my sad reflection looking back Pain, shame and insecurity have taken over I search for the emotions I lack Bizarre as it may sound I fight with you because I care Couples that never fight exist but in the same sense they are rare Some lovers are only living through the motions but as for love being in both of their hearts Sometimes it just isn't there Two people sometimes stay together Simply because they dread to seek someone new We pay a high price for conveinience and comfort However, the love I had for you And still have you for remains true. I know you won't even cosider giving me a 2nd chance I don't deserve one due to the circumstance Not sure I even know how to live without you I guess the happy times we had will see me through I'll learn the hard way for letting go of you... |

Tracey that would be great right about now! I am sure there is no second chance, I blew it. I guess it is better to have loved and lost then to have never loved at all... Pour me another glass girlfriend! |

*sigh* my heart goes out to you, dear one. I am so sorry for the pain and for your not having a second chance. I think I will join you girls in a glass of wine maybe we can drown our sorrows together and then let hope into our hearts for a new tomorrow.
