Winter lays out a shimmering
Ivory coverlet
over land & rooftops
transforming
sleeping trees into
crystaline sculptures
skies gently cleansed
as it weeps silvery white
tears from heaven
catching upon lashes
& noses
painting cheeks
the color of roses
footsteps made catlike
as one "tip-toes" through
this winter wonderland
From my window
I watch as nature's
beautiful painting unfolds,
& think of you...

Yeah, you make it sound all beautiful and romantic...but it's still winter and snow. Hate winter, love your poem.

*sigh* oh yes, the magic of winter. Even though I do not like the cold I do love the fact that there is an excuse to do lots of cuddling. I love this poem. It is very much a feel good poem.

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.
