They come
Down the quiet,
Air brakes makes noise stopping,
Bricks and boards fill the back of each,
Pieces of someone’s home burnt and torn down,
Crashing and banging till all is gone and empty,
The trucks leave in diesel smoke and loud sound,
Bricks and boards fill the back of each,
Completing their cropping,
Leaving quiet,
When done.

Gloom

Gloom - now you're catching on!  Doesn't it feel great not writing about all that sissy stuff?  heh

Thank you, Nakdthoughts,
For taking the time to read and respond.

Thank you, Mr. Silver,
Glad you liked it,
But you’d find that I seldom write about “sissy stuff”,
Hence the name

Gloom
