Stand Well Back, Granny's Farted!

Stand well back for Granny has farted,
She's been flatulant since Granddad departed,
Her cottage is Tudor, my that's old,
It's now full of methane and a hint of mould,
Methane, timber and roof of thatch?
Crikey, oh goodness, don't light a match!

Stand well back for Granny has guffed,
Uncle Rodney, he don't look so chuffed,
Granny, you'd better stop eating all that bran,
It just goes through you and down the pan,
Let all be informed, let all be told,
They ain't half gassy these folk we call old.

Every sancutary for die hard romantics needs a soul for comic relief.....I think Passions has found one...This poem rates a very wide grin and a chuckle. *WG*
