Might Have Been Just Yesterday ~*Mom*~  It might have been just yesterday you were but a babe of three Building your sandcastles on the shore to the sounding of the sea Many tides have ebbed Many waves have churned Into the man I proudly know so quickly you turned The sands of your foundation withstood the mighty sea Your castles are still standing in the heart of the man before me Happy Birthday, Steven Neal Tindal August 30, 2001 I love you~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |
