Sunrise this morning painted azure with rose to fill the eyes in glaring soft with portending change I have watched the artist in brush strokes on canvas create such illusions yet my own hands seem meant for rougher work Turned bolts or sawn boards numbers lined in rows mundane mechanicals that do not show the beauty I see Sunrise this morning streaked the sky with hues while I watched and felt the shades of blue |

Cpat sometimes beauty can't be captured only watched an appreciated. That is what makes it so special no word or brush stroke can fully capture the feelings that beauty creates. BUt darn it you made a fine attempt. enjoyed this alot. "the blizzard of the world has crossed the threshold and it has overturned |

Nothing wrong with feeling and watching shades of blue...because as John Lee Hooker sang...."The blues will heal ya!" Very enjoyable write I enjoyed the reasoning within! |

I loved this a lot, Cpat! But surely there is still beauty in what you can do/create with your hands, for hands that can not even move or feel would be so much a contrast. Maybe I can liken it to the way the soil feels to my hands. I really have a hard time digging in the dirt with gloves on as I love to feel the soil, its coolness on a summer day down where the moisture lay, the texture as it sifts through my hands. The way I can shape it and plant in it, encouraging things to grow, that is surely beauty in its doing. Things you make with your hands, though they may seem mundane because of a repetition are still beautiful in their having been crafted. Shake one hand with the other, feel the comeraderie, the union of purpose. |

But of course the artist is not in the brush, but in the heart and from the soul. Truth in pigment or in words. And here we have the words. \\ |

'Turned bolts or sawn boards numbers lined in rows mundane mechanicals that do not show the beauty I see Sunrise this morning streaked the sky with hues while I watched and felt the shades of blue' Superb imagery, cpat hair...I especially relate to this, being I am trying to find just what it is in life I am supposed to do, and make it something semi-creative...I truly appreciate this...excellent write! sp ![]() tried to write a letter to tell you how I feel, but all I kept on writing was slipping on the tears from the day...
