I hate babies
taking all my food and air;
drawing attention away from me.
ME!

What about me?

Sure they're cute now
(despite their being filthy little crap machines
like dogs and elephants and horses),
But just wait.

Just wait till they grow up.  Then you'll see.
Just wait till they take your parking space,
or date your daughters or ask you for a cigarette,
or bump into you and make you drop all your important papers,
or try to sell you products over the phone or on the internet,
or tell you to find Jesus or start a boy band.
Just wait.  Then you'll see.

Yes, I hate babies,
taking all my food and air
and planning to do all those things
while they look up to me and smile with their gums
as if I didn't know what is on their minds.

And some day they will be thinking why doesn't this old man retire and open up some job positions so I can make a living and support my babies...James

I think my son feels this way sometimes..and his baby is only 3 weeks old...

well, I don't hate babies, but sometimes I hate that mine's all grown, I loved so much, having one of my own

hey, wait a minute!!! you used to be a baby, well, maybe

cuz babies are self-centered...they have to be so they can let their mom's and dad's know they need something to survive
