Weary now, I'm off to bed...
oh end this aching in my head
let these ceaseless thoughts desist
and my head a pillow kiss.

Let there be dreams that wait for me...
a certain change of destiny.
Surely it cannot be lies
but dreams that form behind my eyes

as every day a wish for hope
like praying on a horoscope...
How silly I appear to be
to think love found a grace in me.

I've had enough.
I give up.
Broken spirit wrapped in sheets.
And silly me, I keep the hope
I'll still find love somewhere in sleep.

Yep, silly me....just when I thought it was safe to creep off to bed, the daughter got sick, the toilet over flowed, the shut off valve was stuck, and no plunger either...and then I stepped in an enormous ant pile while hosing out the towels because there was also no mop...I WANNA GO HOME...
