~*~ Do You Believe In Fairies? ~*~

If this is a story, it seems so real,
Shades of unknown color and hue,
Beckon us to sail seas of silver,
Underneath skies of cobalt blue.

The sun sinks down beyond yon hill,
The sparkle leaves the stream.
Other children to bed have gone,
On down pillow to sweetly dream.

Through the night until the dawn,
The moon will till it wanes,
Watch children as they dream,
Through the windowpanes.

The fairies in the garden play,
As the elves sweep up the mist.
And dragonflies dry their wings.
By the sun soon to be kissed.

Silently through the wood at night,
The lonely wolf still stalks.
And there’s a princess by his side.
As like a queen she walks.

Soon the mists will clear away,
And before the light they run.
The spiders in the hedgerows,
All their webs are spun.

Soon the dawn beyond yon cloud,
Will lighten up the sky,
All the birds will sing again
And children will loudly cry.

The wolf has gone, the princess too,
but look in yonder lea,
Do you believe in those fairies there,
Looking up at you and me?

The question should never be
Are they real?
but
Do you believe?

Well done,

Gloom

I'm Irish, so I do believe in the little people
This was really lovely, Mysteria.

When we grow up the little child in us that believes in fairies goes to sleep. When we get old the little child awakes and whispers in our ear.Come with me to the bottom of the garden and watch the fairies dance.

Professor Gloom: My goodness of course!  I changed the title before it got to her tonight!  Of course I believe, always have and always will.  Thank you friend for catching this before it went to her book and for reading it as well.

Maeve: I am half Irish too, or at least I was until Marge found out I was 1/2 Algonguin, now I am not sure what I am, would that make me 1 and 1/2 people as I was 1/2 Irish, and 1/2 Scottish?  Oh well, there isn't enough of me to go around so this is a good thing right?  He he, morning!  And thank you for believing.

Martha (Dawn) and Maggie: I swear I do these for you two too!  I don't know who gets a bigger kick out of these, Tori or you two! Love you both.

Lady in White: I hope that Tori will remember the love I leave her more than anything and the way I get so excited telling her stories tuckers her out, (you have to be here)! Thank you.

Smitten Kitten: Never quit believing, for when you do a part of you surely dies!

Paladin: Did you make that up (your comment I mean)?  It really inspired me and right away that old darn muse went crazy, so thank you.
