Here, Hearing

you call,
in unspoken
whisper, hand to
breast
palm to temple

I hear you

it is not that
this ephemeral
mist does
not kiss your
eyelid
nor cheek

daily

nightly

you, searching
too intensely
in your lost

I am here

do not pick up
rock
nor look behind
door
do not become
so frantic
that you miss
my peace

in whispers, I
tease your
smile
awake

by gentlest of
touch,
your heart
beats

in slender move,
fingers
reach

now grow calm
as deeper the
fire begins
the burn
to blue
you

shall
hear in
the silence
now drawing
near to thee, seek
me yet once again

in solitude

or in companion

here, I am hearing
you

now…

now pick up
your pen

and in this muted
soft,

in this contemplate
of soul…

envision…

words

they will come

here, I am hearing you

scratching….

the words return
shining in your smile

weep with me

your gifts are beauty

this is a lovely poem... to have one listen so to you is indeed an idea I think many of us would love to embrace... someone is indeed lucky to have such an 'ear" listening.

I enjoyed!

You express yourself well in this, and have a charismatic way with words here.  A wonderful poem...I'm listening!
