It’s just caramel ice cream A bit too sweet to eat So I will gaze longingly At this summer treat The boy who broke my heart Grew up long ago I never had the guts to tell him That I loved him so It’s like caramel ice cream Tempting but much too bad If I take a single bite I will wish I never had The man I love with all my heart Had to go away And I never had the nerve to tell him How much I wanted him to stay It’s like caramel ice cream So sinfully sublime To order it when I know To eat it would be a crime I call my life disciplined But this new man is divine If I spend the night with him I’ll want him forever mine It’s like caramel ice cream You can’t have just one taste Order the darn thing right now Life’s too sweet to waste! Let my words fall first upon deaf ears before a closed mind... |

Just reading this was a delightful treat, and one of those things where you can't eat just a little!!!!!!!!! Loved it, but then, I have a sweet tooth, and this one satisfied those cravings!!!!!!!!!!! The road goes on forever, and the stories never end... |
