Let the past fade away tonight Like a star fallen from the sky Let’s give in to the desire we feel No more fear to stand between you and I An ache that has built up for some time A hunger that has pained too long No, I don’t believe I could turn away I know that I am not that strong Touch my face, feel my words Wipe away the memories with the tears You taunt me with your mere presence A passion that doesn’t fade with the years Lust finally took hold of logic As it had so long ago The kiss that had cast the spell Revealed the destined, mirrored soul. *You only live once, so live it to the fullest and have fun! |
