Dry uneaten cereal in a dishwasher safe cup I lay my head on my green corduroy comforter looking at the dazzling waifs I've painted While writing a poem with an ultramarine oil pastel Fear overwhelming the rhythmic beat of fallen tears A dried pink rose you gave me on my glass shelf I'm so afraid, so screwed up Who would want an anorexic? An anorexic who's afraid of help I wouldn't want me Why would you? |

hello m'dear I really love this because I can connect with it. While we put ourselves on a podium and dance around thinking we're grand, the one thing we want doesn't want us. Many people would want you. Those that don't can't understand and therefore could never accept the being as a whole. Stay strong, Bel. You're a beautiful person and don't let anything make you think you're not. ~AF~ "Sometimes the only way to stay sane is to go a little crazy." - Susanna Kaysen |
