in the pouring rain

you are the center
of the trust i give
and the life i live
is only for you

when two i's equals us
i hope you think we
because it can only be
true love at first sight

thinking back on the day
we slowly met
i won't forget
the talks we have had

you smile at me
everyday
a different way
to laugh a new

took me a while
to relize
took me by surprise
the feelings i have

helping me through life
through tough times
through all the sighs
and tears that were shed

you were there
smiling trying
to get me to stop lying
and cheating myself

you knew from the start
you liked me
abide by me
and only my rules

yet the rules i set
based on you
solem and true
you are there

i love you
simple and sweet
enough for me
to do always just that

love you

( This is not my normal style at all but it just came out. If you don't know already from reading previous work I am on the emotional rollercoaster of life and having a tough time. Love stinks, yet it is wonderful. Yea? Thanks a lot for reading. )

True, very true. I haven't seen any of your other style, but this one is nice. Keep writing.
