the laughs weve had
im addicted
the warm summer nights
the sunsets
holding eachother so tightly

the day dreams
the sleepless nights

I love the way you repeated the word "addicted" throughout your poem. It helped to tie all your thoughts together, and make them more meaningful. I love the phrasing, also. Very nicely written.
