Fear Of Getting Closer

I'm closer to you,
then I'v ever been,
and keep getting closer,
but now I'm afraid.

Afraid,
if I get closer,
something will happen.

For I fear,
that one day,
we will no longer be.

That you'll find someone new,
and better then me,
someone who I,
could never be.
