We started out as friends
As the years went on we grew closer
A couple years later before we knew it we were best friends
We did everything together
we would do anything for each other
Or so we thought
When you asked me that huge favor
I just couldn't do it
So now I have lost a friend
One of 9 years
So maybe our friendship didn't mean that much to you
I am lost without you, but I have to move on

Hey i really liked this poem alot ..i know what your going threw.. i got married almost 2 years ago and when i asked my best fried or who i thought was my friend to be my maid of honor she laughed and say way .. your marrige wont last.. i really lost a friend .. and i hope you dont lose yours forever.. well either way i really liked this poem .. keep up the good work
