Blow Me a Kiss- For Someone Special

in the pouring rain

into the mirror a reflection shown
light cast upon a sun danced sky
wet fingers touched to polished skin
sweet breath blown making them cold

eyes dancing as the wind carries it
along the bluish hue of the setting sun
you stand so far away yet you feel it somehow
a slight breeze upon your skin wet to the touch

over and over again i try to reach you mind and body
it nevers works yet you say you feel me
through the paper walls that part us away
scared i try and keep it alive the spark that is

blow me a kiss let the wind bring it forth
touch your fingers to your lips
put a promise upon the song and carry it
give them life with your breath soon

as i await your soft kiss on the wind
i feel a tiny drop of rain
yet i know in my heart it was your kiss
blow me a kiss now and then

To the world you maybe a person, but to a person you maybe the world

Thank you....I wrote this for someone who has been on my mind a lot lately and well I blew a kiss to them last night and wish for him to do the same!
