I freeze at your question, You falling in love with me or something? My heart pounds in my chest, You're scaring me now, Change the subject, That's my safest bet, But you come right back to it again, You didn't answer my question... I don't know what to say to you, For awhile I say nothing, Erin? I tell you that I don't have an answer, Oh. Short and sweet - nice. You've woven a conversation in with some interesting imagery. A little cliche at times but other than that, its a nicely done piece of writing.
