5-17-02 Title: Laughing Whispers In the sky there’s a silent cry to a friend Who’s all alone with your hand you’ll Wipe away her tears that she cries You bring a smile to her face as you hold her Tight to protect her with your heart. In the wind whispers flow to one other Laughter spreads over the hills that keep You apart in your mind you think Of her and you see that she’s the friend You always needed to have In your life. In the moon you see her face It glows so clear like a star You reach out to touch her face It’s so far away that The love you share Will keep the friendship A flow. In the time that passes by a minuet spent With her is like a dream that never ends A poem writing that forever continues Hugs that belong to warm that Cold bitter soul she keeps Hidden away to the world. Stars shoot around me I make a wish on everyone To have my dreams come true Someday soon Toward the sun I feel safe and warm I hear no cries for help No cries for been alone No time to have the tears fall In my world my peace. This first poem was so good. I have a friend that it definately reminds me of. You wrote it very well and with a lot of feeling... The second one i could also relate to. My bed is considered my safe haven. Sleeping is what keeps me sane i think. Loved that one too.. Thanks for sharing both of these!!
