What if I missed you and you got caught in the sun? Who would find you and catch me on the run? Uninspired promises and blame I fell asleep somewhere in the rain Beautifully stained. Speeding through disagreements of dreams Crashing into irreconcilable scenes. Every hurt depends on a lonely feeling. Rain through clouds of pride Looking in from the outside It’s the truth, even when I lie. Waiting for every eternity just be let in Where is a dream medicine? Drugged by the cure of a goodbye Questioning an answer to why. Introduce the noise Overdose on the exact amount of choice. Contradicting my soul Tricking heaven into welcoming me to a place I could belong All these words spilled journeying from wrong. Your eyes follow these lines, you see yourself somewhere lost in rhyme Somewhere closer to hidden doors in your mind.
