Its felt like weeks scince I have slept
When I'm in bed, all I've done is wept
I'm trying so hard to keep my mind sane
but the past 15 years have all been in vain
When they ask, I say "I'm just fine"
but to the real me, they are all blind
who could concieve, I'm dying inside
To my pip friends can I only confide
and for a less stressful life I yearn
But slowly but surely I'm begining to learn
My life could be worse, I'm very aware
but god life seems so very unfair
I know your tired of hearing my pleas
but I garuntee you can realate to me

Very good Poem! I liked it alot! I can definately relate to your poem!
You don't have to worry about cuting out your self pity poems. We like to read everything here and most of us can relate to most of the writes that happen here.

Hey, good job here. We dont mind your "self pity" poems, sometimes it is the best way to explain emotions. And often, its good to see that your not alone. Thanks for the great read!

This was a nice one LCBS. I liked the format, and the meaning behind it. That's the good thing about PIP...there's always SOMEONE that can relate to nearly everything.
