We hold our meetings three times a week And more We discuss till we argue And stop Just to continue next time We speak through our eyes, Through our hands that hold each other Yet there are no words for what we have What makes us disagree Your fingertips, Our lips I dream of you You dream of me But I’m still here at this meeting Waiting for your proposal Looking as if everything is fine But we both know it’s not So drop your defense And take me for who I am The girl who loves you Just as much as you love me "You do what you do, you say what you say, you try to be everything to everyone... come on now, do that stupid dance for me" -Everclear |
