If my kisses could bring peace I'd blow a kiss and send it with the wind And the wind would carry it through the skyline of Newyork and into the beaches of California across the Pacific to the mountains of China apon the tempels of India Into the night lights of Paris through the Vatican in Rome Across the green grass of Ireland down to the exotic land of Lebanon crossing through the Dead sea and reviving its waters along the way Bringing brightness back to Africa and than gusting all the way towards Egypt Sailing through the Nile and onto the holy hills of Jerusalem Let the wind pass through every Human, through every church, temple, synagague, mosque, through every country, sea, every lake and river Let the wind pass through every heart and carry away all the hate inside Let the wind pass through every soldier and carry away all their weapons Let the wind touch the cheek of a suffering child and bring a smile apon that childs face Let the wind ring everybell on the face of the planet... and let everyone know that bell is the sound of freedom, the song of love... and the begining of peace. |
