My 1st Love I thought I had loved you You had loved me We had loved each other I had talked about you to all my friends My mom thought it wouldn't work It did work, For almost 3 months You had called me To break it off so you could be single When you told me it broke my heart I had cried my eyes out The next days were hard for me To see you and get no hug or kiss That was when I had relised that I had loved you I wrote this after my boyfriend called me to break up with me. And now after what happened I love him even more than when we were together. |

ohh that quote "you dont know what you've got till it's gone" fits perfectly in your situation. I remember my first love too... I felt like you when my heart broke. But the hurt will pass and you will be fine... Be strong and dont let him know how much he has hurt you!! Melz!! You can't hurt me anymore than I have hurt myself already... |

Welcome to PIP Starnite. This is a great post. Breakups are horrible, ecspecially when you are the "heartbroken." (Damn those heartbreakers!) Marie is right, writing helps alot. I hope to see more from you in the near-future. |

Welcome to Passions! I enjoyed this poem of yours. Sounds like a rough situation, but not an uncommon one. Losing somebody you love is always hard to go through. I wish you the best of luck.  I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. |

Wonderful job on the poem, as i said i can relate to it entirely. Great job, and best of luck to you with everything.
