for Megan I hope I can say the things I've wished I said To sing myself to sleep and take me back to bed. I don't know what it is that makes me feel alive. The words I thought I could contrive. But you are my wind I can't see you But your love you send You are not here But I sit here and smile I haven't told you in a while You can touch the very part of me start a brand new spark in me Now I understand this is not the promised land they spoke of. But there's nothing more to be If you can be the remedy who heals love. So it's up to me to make the best of what comes my way Everything that has been has past You have my answers In your looking glass I Love you when I don't show it I never think you will know it You are not here, but you're my wind Even when I can't see you, I feel the effects of you - Thank You for Your Smile, You Make It All Worth While To Me - I Love You All the plastic people who live without a care.Try to sit around my table and never bring a chair... |

*AwwZ* That's such a sweet poem, Ewok. It flows really nicely, too. "I Love you when I don't show it, I never think you will know it, You are not here, but you're my wind Even when I can't see you, I feel the effects of you." I love that stanza! wonderful tribute...i hope you gave this to her...such a sweet poem  "I Love you when I don't show it I never think you will know it You are not here, but you're my wind Even when I can't see you, I feel the effects of you" *sighs* true how some can make you feel that way...and nice ending lines...enjoyed. =) |
