There's something you should know. I never cared for the way you held me... your arms too soft, your touch too gentle. There's something you should hear. I never enjoyed our heart-to-hearts... you listened too intently, you never said the wrong words. There's something I want to tell you. I never liked the way your eyes were always laughing... deep coffee brown, smiling and understanding. There's something I don't want to say. I loved the way you were there for me... and i miss you. "i tried so hard, and got so far..but in the end, it doesn't even matter.." |
