Heart full of love

Lord, tonight let them see
A very different side of me
Tonight I give you full control
Of my mind, heart and soul

Lord show me thy will
Do what you want with me
Cast your love upon me
Make me of service to you

After you bathe me
Show the pleasure to me
Of what it means when I
Give myself willingly

Master, I am yours
Bring me out from behind closed doors
Your will is my command
If I don’t do it right
Hold me in the palm of your hand
Make me understand

Show me Lord
Put me to the test
Show me that to walk
In the light is best

Lord, I know that the world
Will tie me down
Till I feel helpless
You said if I call upon your name
I will surely be free

A poetic prayer so beautiful and a wonderful read.

Life is to short to not appreciate all of nature's gifts. As I sit & ponder in awe - quietly.
