~* So Blessed Are We Who See *~

In beds of color,
Were no rain of unrest falls,
There each head bobs and tilts,
Toward the sun,
Feeling no reason to hide blooms.
All have their place.
Each stalk as strong as the next,
In harmonious 'oneness',
Seldom felt elsewhere.
So blessed are we who see.
Sensing our kinship to each other,
And to all of the wonders of creation.
So blessed are we who believe.

Thank you all, this came from a phone call from a 13 year old blind girl who lives down the street, who said, "there were pretty flowers at church this morning, I wish I could have seen them"...sure made me want to count my blessings. Thank you all for seeing the message.

Mysteria,

i just went backpacking and the most fundamental lesson i have learnt is that i am truly blessed, to be able to relish such beauty before me...thank you for sharing your insights as well...

Mysteria~
How gentle that this one surfaced on this day.

'Feeling no reason to hide blooms.
All have their place.'

And this bloom has a place in my heart.
*Hugs*

You know I want to THANK YOU for bringing this one forward as I had forgotten I had written it, and you are not going to believe this, but my own words soothed my soul tonight, as there are many ways of seeing, and bleesed are we who do see and believe!

Watersign6 - Thank you!
Faterider - Nothing better than getting in touch with nature, good for you!
Vicky - ditto my funny friend of Phoenix!
Sea - Thank you sweet one.

Marge (opps!)  Now is that weird or what?  I just send you an email that she believed and someone brougth this from the archives?  He works in strange ways I tell you, and is one heck of an eavesdropper don't you agree?  Thank you for your kindness and also reading this one, strange, very strange.

Sharon..this was so beautiful, and the story behind it found me wiping a tear...there is, indeed, so much in life we take for granted...and this is such a eloquently spoken and tender reminder of that!
Hugs and much love to you, my sweet friend,
dawn
