Riding the wind of an echo
Voices propelling my back
The loss of the thought to be let go
The echoes now taunting my back.

Flying a dream to nowhere
Nowhere I'd rather be
Than lost in your peppermint kisses
Kisses in grip of ME.

Drowning in hottest desire
To think I will see you again
Memories just waiting to happen
Touching myself in pretend.

Dancing on sweat dampened pillows
Wrestling within tangled sheets
Lost in the feverish pleasure
And found in your eyes rising sweet.

Searching for tender releases
Searching your eyes for a sigh
Finding all that I dreamt of
Rebuking fears that all is LIE.

if I am reading the title right then this is a duet with Sen. if not I quickly reach for the dunce cap.

anyway whether penned solo or with accompaniment this is a beautiful poem. well penned Paula.

Well now isn't this a passionate little number you and Celeste have written! I get quite the barrage of ideas when I read these lines..

              "Dancing on sweat dampened pillows
                Wrestling within tangled sheets
                Lost in the feverish pleasure
And found in your eyes rising sweet."

I don't know what you two are cooking up but I think I like it!
I really loved the whole piece!

Have to agree with E-babes..this is nicey and spicey...
and the cajun cadencec was great read aloud...
and that last line ... stings and zings.
Well done poetesses Finn & Sen

I'm hanging on your every word
Even if you dont want to speak tonite
It's alright
I'm sitting outside heaven's door
listening to you breathe

I must say the visions this conjures are amazing.  You certainly succeeded there!!! I just wonder if ethome and I are seeing things...the same.
