The soft night breeze came to be, Whispering a soft “Come to me.” It mattered not, my name was gone, It didn’t care of who I be, Only that the voice was heard Sent upon the gentle breeze. A soul cried out upon that breeze, Only wanting to be free, Free to be what they were Not shackled to any they serve Desperately wanting to be shown A soul can always be reborn I sent the breeze back to thee To whisper to you tenderly To thee you are, as ever was A gentle soul, unfailingly Take my hand and be set free To know your worth internally Feel this breeze upon your face Leaving you in a state of grace A soft caress upon your cheek Lets you know you were seeked To let you know, you were heard The breeze had sent your tender word |

On whispering breezes are the smiles and spirits of gentle ones like yourself. Lovely work, Logan. You put yourself into these as you do everything else. Another reason to treasure your words. Ohh..and did I say that I'm thrilled to see you posted again? still d-i-s-c-o-n-n-e-c-t-e-d |

These two lines were my favorite Logan: Take my hand and be set free To know your worth internally As they sum up what a good relationship truly is all about, giving, trust, self-worth, yet independence - great poem, and great writing. ~*~ I write ~ Therefore I am ~*~ |
