Touching Love

She tells me that she loves me
and she's always thinking of me
yet she doesn't have the time to be mine.
Will I be her man?
I'm not sure if I can.
Her passivity is driving me out of my mind.
I tell her how much I care
and how much I want to be there
and in action I find my satisfaction.
I like to touch and feel
to find out if this love is real
yet she doesn't always have the time.
I don't understand how I can be her man
when a fresh kiss is no where near to mine.
I want to be her man
yet I'm not sure if I can
unless she's ready to kiss me
and help me to make up my mind.

Sometimes we have to step aside.. and give the pearson you care for some time. She might come around, and if she doesn't be there as her friend. Who knows that friendship might trun out to be more.

Actually this relationship didn't work out but I met a woman just one month after I wrote this poem and I am still with her and madly in love with her...we started out slow but we have made lots of progress...James
